Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and associated application data using either option below.
Delete immediately in Costy
- Open Costy and sign in.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
You can also sign in on the Costy website and open Account settings.

Email us from the address associated with your account. Include “Delete my account” in your request. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the account belongs to you.

Deletion removes the account profile and associated Costy and exAI application data, including receipts, extracted purchase information, grocery lists, recipes, meal plans, linked-user relationships, preferences, feedback, exercises, workout plans, workout history, trusted recovery devices, and unused recovery codes.
Retention
Active application data is deleted from our primary systems. Limited records may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or when retention is required for fraud prevention, payment accounting, security, or legal compliance. Those records are isolated from normal product use and removed when the applicable retention period ends.
